Trials are like an ambush attack — they always take us by surprise. Why then, does the Apostle Peter tell us in 1 Peter 4:12 not to be surprised when we are being tested?
What are you being tested for today? How might you prepare for the exam? Might you stay up all night worrying about it?
Try this method:
Philippians 4:4-7 “Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice! Let your forbearing spirit be known to all men. The Lord is near. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God, and the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, shall guard your heart and your mind in Christ Jesus.”
After using this method, take the test again and grade yourself. What did you get? Did you pass or fail?
