Beth Lamberson

Elizabeth (Beth) G. Lamberson, MSW, LCSW

Beth began her journey as a Walking Worthy participant in 2007. She experienced a healing transformation which fueled her desire to help others find wellness through applying God’s Word to their lives. She has since served as a Walking Worthy class Facilitator while also pursuing advanced training in therapeutic practices. Her training includes a Masters in Social Work with an Evidenced Based Interpersonal Practice concentration from the University of Tennessee, completion of all three levels of Gottman Method Couples Therapy training and she is currently pursuing her PhD through the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Beth also practices part-time through the counseling ministry at Woodland Park Baptist Church in Chattanooga, TN.

Beth believes strongly that Jesus’ statement in John 8:32, “the truth will make you free,” teaches that as we know the truth about who God is, who we are and what happened to us, we can find emotional healing and freedom through Christ. She works to help others to deeply experience the love and acceptance of God the Father through the freeing work of Jesus Christ.  It is her hope and prayer that Walking Worthy participants will truly embrace the love and freedom that God offers them.

Beth is a resident of Chattanooga, TN with her husband of 38 years and has three adult children, two sons-in-law, and six grandchildren.
